Team Lead - Messaging Operations

Job Summary: As a Messaging Operations-TL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all the customers who have 10 digit long code get registered immediately and their respective brand and campaigns are created with all the numbers linked. Also manage the TFN and Short code registrations of customers along with other messaging operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 10DLC, TFN and Short Code registration

   1. Understand the compliance requirements for 10DLC, TFN, Short code and ensure its done on time for relevant customers.

2. SMS Operations

   1. Understand all the SMS Operations and troubleshooting. Understand the different charges and fines involved and its working

3. Customer Engagement

   1. Engage with customers to get them 10DLC / TFN compliant on time to avoid fines and charges.

4. Team Leadership:

   1. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of compliance specialists responsible for customers 10DLC registration, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with 10DLC regulations and guidelines.

   2. Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to enhance their understanding of compliance requirements and their ability to effectively perform their roles.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

   1. Stay abreast of regulatory developments, updates, and changes related to 10DLC messaging services, TFN and Short code registration including those issued by regulatory bodies.

6. Collaboration:

   1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Engineering, Customer Support, Customer Success, to implement compliance policies, procedures, and checks specific to 10DLC services.

   2. Collaborate with Providers to understand the regulation requirements, issues and solutions.
