Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

A business process designer is responsible for designing and improving business processes within an organisation. Should be able to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and optimise workflows.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Designing and developing business process maps and models.
  • Analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  • Creating and implementing process improvement strategies.
  • Documenting process changes and communicating them to relevant teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented processes.
  • Providing training and support to employees on new processes and tools.
     

Key Parameters to qualify:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in process modeling and mapping tools.
  • Knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.


 

 Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in business process analysis and improvement.
  • Knowledge of process modelling languages such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
  • Familiarity with process automation and workflow management tools.
     

Location: Pune

Work hours: Flexible, support some US Time Zone; Monday to Friday
